FŐVÁM SQUARE MARKET HALL
It was 126 years ago, in February 1897, that the building first came to life for vendors and shoppers. It included the construction of a tunnel and a railway track by the architect Samu Pecz, who installed more fire hydrants, roof buffers and a climbing ladder than ever before after the fire. Our company carried out the complete renovation of the roof structure and the roofing works.
Batthyányi Square Market Hall
Until the 1970s, the building’s gallery was home to the large Budapest flower market. It was a permanent port, a fast car station and is still one of the most complex public transport hubs in the capital. Our company carried out the complete renovation of the roof structure and the roofing works.
Rákóczi Square Market Hall
Fair Hall No. II is one of the great fair halls built in Budapest during the monarchy. It is still in its original function today, although it burnt down during a fire in 1988 and had to be completely renovated.

Lightweight construction addition to an existing modern villa building. The lightweight metal frame building with insulated metal frame standing on lightweight construction ground screws was added to the villa, keeping its original style and atmosphere. Delivered turnkey, furnished.

One of our very rewarding little projects. We had to transform a dilapidated apartment into a luxurious little jewel box at the request of the owner. Everything had to be demolished: the walls, the floor, the wiring and the concrete subfloor. When it was finished, all the owner said was, “This is what I wanted.”

Facade renovation
Renovation of the entire façade of a building based on façade plans, with restoration of stucco, complete tinsmith work, repair of windows and doors. We benefited from the fact that the client allowed time for the work to be completed, so both our team and the residents were satisfied with the end result.
Business Centre – Tétényi road
Complete flat roof renovation and associated tin roof works. A layer of rubber insulation was applied to the flat roof, which was loaded with gravel to prevent wind suction. Corridors were formed from paving slabs for accessibility. The repeated leaks were eliminated, so we are very grateful to our company for the work.
Récsi Center
The existing trapezoidal sheet metal was covered with OSB, then two layers of OSB: a self-adhesive layer, which was mechanically fixed, and a flame-melted bituminous sealing layer, including additional tinsmithing and other works. We are pleased that our work has helped to extend the life of the building.
Gene reservation centre
Renovation of the high and flat roofs of the buildings on the premises of the gene conservation centre in Gödöllő. The renovation required the demolition of the entire roof sheathing and roof structure, followed by the construction of a completely new deck, roof structure and roof sheathing.
Vámház körút Market Hall
A complete roof cladding was built. The building was stripped of its listed slate roofing and then covered with slate. The work was of course carried out with the associated tinsmith and other works. One of our larger projects, covering tens of thousands of square metres. We take pride in all our projects, but this one in particular.
