Lightweight construction addition to an existing modern villa building. In the original style and atmosphere of the villa, as if the two buildings were one, we added a lightweight insulated metal frame building on lightweight structural steel studs. Delivered turnkey with equipment.
Property renovation
One of our very rewarding little projects. We had to transform a dilapidated apartment into a luxurious little jewel box at the request of the owner. Everything was demolished. From the walls to the floor to the wiring to the concrete subfloor. When we were done with it, the owner said: this is what I had in mind.
Gene storage center
Roof renovation of buildings in the Gödöllő gene conservation centre. Both high and flat roofs. The renovation required the demolition of the entire roof cladding and roof structure. Then a completely new roof truss, roof structure and roof sheathing was built.
